Phillip is a seasoned executive who founded Mann&Noble following 20 years of successfully building businesses across various industries. Phillip founded and still runs Australian Beverage Holdings (ABH), one of Australia’s largest independent beverage companies after acquiring the Pureau water brand in 2004. He maintains responsibility for the strategic direction of Mann&Noble, creating the platform for the Group’s vision of being Australia’s leading branded goods sales and marketing organisation.
Under Phillip’s stewardship and through growing the brands we represent, the Mann&Noble Group was ranked in the top 10 fasting growing companies, by Australia’s leading business publication, Business Review Weekly.
Prior to M&N and ABH, Phillip founded and ran Global Development Corp, an investment banking advisory group.
Simon is an experienced and passionate senior executive with over 25 years’ experience, who has successfully driven growth and operational excellence in large blue chip listed businesses and smaller entrepreneurial companies in ANZ and APAC.
Simon loves working with people and building teams to deliver sales & profit growth. His experience in building Go To Market strategies, integrating acquired businesses and developing strong organisation capability in the Consumer Goods sector has been established across a diverse range of business categories and channels.
As CEO at Mann&Noble Simon helps lead the business and is constantly developing capability that delivers consumer focused, strategic, and executional excellence that drives sales and profits for all stakeholders.
Rob is responsible for establishing and delivering the financial strategy of Mann&Noble internationally. On a day-to-day basis Rob heads up Mann & Noble’s Sydney finance, fulfilment, and procurement teams.
Rob sets the KPIs by which Mann&Noble “Executes with Excellence”. He works internally with his colleagues and externally with brand owners, creating and delivering joint business plans to grow the brands Mann&Noble represents.
Rob is chartered Accountant spending 9 years with PwC London specialising in acquisition due diligence and debt raising and has over 20 years’ experience delivering profitable growth with a variety of companies, from start-ups to entities with AS$1 billion turnover; both here and in the UK.
Judy is an accomplished Commercial and Sales Director with extensive experience in the Consumer Goods industry. She has a record of success in driving year on year profitable sales growth and market share for both start up and established global brands.
Judy came to Mann & Noble with 20+ years at Procter and Gamble and more recently leading strategy for smaller entrepreneurial companies. Having worked across all major Australian and New Zealand retailers spanning several FMCG, Beauty, Electrical and Direct to Consumer categories she understands how to leverage consumer and shopper insights to partner with customers to drive mutual growth.
As Chief Commercial Officer Judy leads the business planning process across the Mann & Noble business. Partnering with suppliers to translate and amplify their plans into winning Go to Market strategies and leading the Mann and Noble Sales and Strategy Planning teams to ensure a simple and streamlined execution into market.
Justin is an experienced Marketing and Sales Executive with more than 20 years of brand building experience across Asia Pacific, Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand. With a passion for building high performing diverse teams, Justin has a track record of delivering sustained business successes.
As the Managing Director of Mann & Noble’s Asia business, Justin led the start-up of operations into Singapore which he is now expanding across Asia.
